What’s weird is I thought I liked more songs on this album than I do. However, the songs I do like are really good. I can’t really say that Fantasy is a step up from Jay, because I liked more tracks on his previous album than this one. I will say though that the tracks on this album stand out a lot more. It still has that quiet, almost forgettable vibe of the first album, but the tracks are like I said really good. Jay has such a nice, calming voice when he’s doing his more down-tempo songs (I rarely ever care for his more up-tempo tunes). I always love his ballads, he’s like Ai Otsuka in terms of me favoring his more slower paced songs over his more up-tempo ones. Fantasy was a decent enough second venture for him.
